1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Fulfilment: Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment by contacting Bioskyn Glow as soon as possible with your order number.
Note: An order is considered fulfilled once it has been processed, packed and handed over to the third-party delivery service.
Order Cancellation After Fulfilment: Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. Where applicable, customers may request a return or exchange in accordance with the terms below.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Bioskyn Glow does not offer refunds as a general return option. However, we are happy to consider exchanges for eligible products under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused and unopened, with the seal intact where applicable.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- Products must be in the same condition in which they were received and free from markings, damage or signs of use.
- The return must be approved by Bioskyn Glow before the product is sent back.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, altered or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Bioskyn Glow.
3. Return Shipping
The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the Purchaser or Recipient, unless otherwise agreed with Bioskyn Glow.
Customers should not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Important Information
Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants a product, or ordered a product incorrectly.
